    Poor customer service. Aggressive behaviour from staff. I politely requested to change the drink I had been given as I noticed it wasn’t a normal can of pepsi. The writing was in another language and the can opener tip was not the normal shape. I asked if this could be replaced as I wasn’t happy that I could not read the ingredients or was not familiar with it, but was refused and staff member was rude.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the mouthwatering aroma of ribs and fried chicken, and Chef Ahmed makes sure you leave with a full stomach and a smile on your face.Here’s the kicker: after PM every day, they give away FREE wings and a packet of sauce with every order! Who could say no to that? The ribs are absolutely fantastic, literally falling off the bone in their secret gravy sauce—seriously, it’s finger-licking amazing! And don’t even get me started on their chicken and rib wraps. They're huge, packed with flavor, and guaranteed to leave you wanting more.     My son has bought some chicken from here on Friday we’re now on Tuesday and still suffering from food poisoning , I was advised from lots of people not to eat from here as they have been experiencing the same thing , this shop is known for it .... Staff are rude and never smile , the few times I’ve been here and they are handling food and touching raw chicken then touching salad and buns with out washing their hands causing cross contamination.... I really wouldn’t advise this place at all and don’t want to take responsibility for there actions !!

    I think I have reviewed this place before but want to add to it and say the food here is amazing; way better than KFC and they have really flexible opening hours and you can order it online on their website for collection which is what I use and choose a time suitable for you. You can also collect points and money off discounts if you sign up. Me and my boyfriend got similar orders which was a certain amounts of chicken and ribs as a combo, thank youDietary restrictions: I can’t have anything overly spicy due to stomach problems and so they were really good about thatWheelchair accessibility: They have on street parking and it’s a flat curb and no step to enter the building so personally I would say you could access via wheelchair
